Can I change the colour and storage of my recently placed order ?
Colour and storage of your already placed order can only be changed if the order is not shipped and online payment has not been made.

Some of the models of mobile phones no longer come with headphones and/or power adapters as per new sustainable consumption policies adopted by brands worldwide.

In case your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us directly on our helpline at 051-111-693-693.
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the option to refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider. Our team will identify your order as canceled, and the advance payment will be reimbursed.
How can I find the location of my brand’s warranty centre?
How do I change the shipping address on a previously placed order?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.
Why is there no warranty card in the box?
Paper warranty cards are no longer included with phones. Companies now include an
e-warranty with all new devices, which is active as soon as the phone is turned on
and a SIM card is inserted. You may check your phone's warranty status online or
by going to a nearby warranty center.

Open Parcel Delivery is an exclusive service of Priceoye which ensures that you only receive what you ordered. You can check the condition of the box, the company’s seal, and the colour mentioned on the pin-packed mobile box, but you cannot break the seal of the mobile box to check the inner physical appearance, components, or the functioning of the product.
