E-Warranty Activation

What is E-Warranty?

The E-warranty is a form of registration for Mobile phone warranty information.

By use of the E-warranty, user information could be easily and precisely collected by the sales and post sales system of the supplier, which is convenient for the service centre.

E-Warranty is a new warranty service method introduced by every mobile brand including Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo ,Vivo, Nokia , Realme , Tecno, Infinix and Huawei. It equals to and acts as the backup of a paper warranty card. An E-warranty card is a warranty certificate, which serves the same function of a paper warranty card.

Guidelines for E-Warranty Activation

Users of Oppo, Realme, and Vivo devices who purchased an E-warranty must fill out the warranty sheet and register an E-warranty card through their handsets manually by making the following steps.

Realme

Go to Settings > Additional settings > User Guide > After Sales Service

Oppo

Go to Settings > Additional settings > User Guide > After Sales Service

Vivo

Go to Settings > Additional settings > User Guide > After Sales Service

The registration will not generate an extra charge. The only thing to do is to successfully connect the mobile phone to an internet connection.

E-warranty card should be asking for your IMEI number and phone number. This will allow the user the freedom to change phone numbers as needed.

Others

Samsung | Xiaomi | Tecno | Huawei | Infinix

E-warranty is automatically activated as soon as the SIM card is inserted in the phone.
