How To Make Returns?
You are always welcome to exchange or refund any item(s) purchased online within 3 days of
receiving your product, provided the product is faulty or different from what was ordered originally.
Once the issue is deemed valid our Returns Team will share a Consignment Number with you
through which you can return your product along with the Company’s packing i.e. Flyer and the Box to your
nearest Leopards Courier Centre (LCS).
How Can I Return a Faulty Product to PriceOye?
- To begin the process of returning your product, visit your nearest Leopards Courier Office within 3 days
of receiving your consignment number.
- You’ll receive an email containing all the consignment details.
- Make sure to bring all packaging materials that were included in your original purchase, as well as all
items in the box that are intact and undamaged.
- Print and attach the Consignment File you received in the email to the PriceOye flyer included with your
- Do not pay any amount at the Leopards Courier Office when returning your product.
- Make sure to record a video of yourself packaging and handing over the product to LCS.
- Keep a record of the customer's copy of the consignment file for any future claims.
- In order to ensure that it is handled promptly and efficiently by our team, you are requested to
dispatch the product within 3 days of receiving it and continue with your return request. We appreciate
your cooperation with this important process.
- Please note that no refund/replacement shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped
with all the items placed and box undamaged.

- Please do not send your return to the company directly. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it via consignment number provided to you by visiting Leopards Courier Office.
- PriceOye will not accept returns in case the product’s box is damaged or any item is missing.
