The HTC Butterfly is a somewhat dream phone because of the best in class specs it brings with it. For one thing, the Butterfly is the first phone to come with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, that accounts to an insane pixel density of 440 ppi. In plain words, this is the best display available to the consumers at the present time and watching movies or playing games on this display is a blissful experience. Specification wise, this phone has a 5 Inch Super LCD 3 screen that is a big improvement over the already-good last gen LCD 2 display in the One X. HTC has again showed its excellent design skills in the Butterfly with that attractive tapered back.

Beats Audio Sound Enhancer is also incorporated in this phone providing you with authentic and deep sound.

Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and Sense 4 control this phone. This duo is the best you can get yet right now, while as far as the latest Android 4.2 is concerned, it will also be making its way to HTC Butterfly sometime soon.

The 8 MP camera on the back produces pretty detailed photos. Additionally, the ImageSense chip used in this phone allows for lightning fast pic captures. The 2.1 MP 1080p is also worth a mention because of its wide angle lens.

Powered by a non-removable 2020 mAh battery, the HTC Butterfly runs on a 1.5 GHz Quad-Core S4 Snapdragon processor that is currently the fastest processor in any phone. There is also 2 GB of RAM that is more than enough for handling the feature-heavy Android+Sense UI while ensuring a lag-free experience.

This phone is compatible with EDGE, GPS, GPRS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There is also an NFC chip for one-touch sharing of stuff.
