One thing in which the HTC ChaCha differentiates it from other Android phones in the market is the fact that it comes with a full QWERTY Keyboard that makes typing on your phone a breeze. Despite having to squeeze in the keyboard, the company has still managed to incorporate a Corning Gorilla Glass-protected 2.6 Inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 320.

On the software side, the ChaCha runs on a customized version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Android is a touch OS by default but HTC has done a surprisingly good work in making the keyboard work with this phone. Along with all this, there is also some good amount of Facebook integration. Facebook is used by almost everyone with an internet access in Pakistan, and this integration will certainly come as a welcome addition.

There are also two cameras on this phone: a 5 MP rear one and a VGA front one.

It runs on a 800 MHz processor coupled with 512 MB of RAM. There is a 1250 mAh battery which surprisingly manages to give a decent battery performance. On the statistical side, this battery will give you 430 hours of standby time and 7 hours 30 mins on 2G/ 7 hours on 3G.

The ChaCha is compatible with EDGE, GPRS, GPS, 3G and Wi-Fi.
