The Desire V is one of the last member’s of HTC’s Desire family and even with that, the company has put in enough specs to make this a moderately good mid-range phone. One particular thing HTC excels is their unique and attractive phone designs, and the One V follows that trend. A single piece of plastic covers the back while HTC has also managed to put the camera sensor in the spotlight with an impressive looking silver-rim. In simple words, this is probably the most attractive looking phone you will find in this price range. Specs Wise, it has a 4.0 Inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800, which outputs decent results while the Beats Audio enhancement that immensely improves the audio input.

The software that controls the Desire V is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich accompanied by their Sense 4 UI that’ll give you an extra boost of features over default Android.

There is a 1 GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon S4 processor operating in the Desire V while 512 MB of RAM backs it up. The overall performance turned out to be pretty impressive and didn’t even show a single lag. Powered by a 1650 mAh battery, it has enough juice to easily go through a day or two without charging.

The connectivity options EDGE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G. There is also the addition of Dual-SIM functionality letting you use two SIMs in your phone.
