Windows Phone 8
5 MP Autofocus Camera With LED Flash
1 GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon Processor, 512 MB RAM
Unique Lightweight Design

Created by HTC, the 8S is a wonderfully crafted Windows Phone 8 device that has a unique lightweight design. HTC has again put its designing skills to test because the 8S still manages to feel solid in hand despite being considerably light at only 113g. On the other hand, this phone has a 4 inch S-LCD screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 with a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass which provides vivid results.

The Taiwan-based company has chosen to run this phone on Microsoft’s latest Windows Phone 8 operating system that has all the features you’d expect from a smartphone operating system. Not many tweaks have been made but that might be a good thing as WP8 has enough features to keep one interested.

There is also a 5 MP Autofocus Rear Camera with LED Flash that’ll give you comparatively good results.

A 1 GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon processor powers this phone along with 512 MB of RAM which are good-enough for all your basic tasks. There is also a 1700 mAh battery to keep your phone up and running for a decent amount of time.

All the basic connectivity features like 3G, GPRS, GPS, EDGE and 3G are present in this phone. Overall, the 8S has enough specs and also comes with a brilliant design for a decent price, especially for the Pakistani market.
