Infinix is doing a lot on a regular basis to stake a claim in the local smartphone market. Most of its devices such as the S2 Pro have done reasonably well and the Note 4 Pro is another hopeful, aiming to further tip the market in the company’s favour.
Design: a cross between Samsung and Infinix
The Hot 4 Pro fortunately lets go of the three function keys design Infinix uses in most of its devices. Instead we can see a Samsung-styled home button at its front-bottom bezel while a plastic back, that finely mimics glass btw, resides at its back panel. Dimensions include an 8.4mm width and 198g weight.
Keeping up its Note promise, the smartphone features a large 5.7 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a 1080p HD resolution. A mini home theatre anyone?
Superb cameras complimented by some nice schematics
The smartphone features a 13 MP primary sensor with an LED flash plus customary camera features that include geo-tagging, touch focus, HDR, panorama etc. Its selfie sensor keeps-up the good omen in the cameras department with an 8 MP sensor of its own leaving us satisfied.
Hardware wise, we’re happy to see an octa-core processor with 3GB RAM powering the smartphone’s built-in Android Nougat. 16GB of internal storage could’ve been buffed-up a bit while an external card-slot, dual-SIM, a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and a humongous 4300 mAh battery being the device’s other noteworthy mentions.
