The Samsung Galaxy Beam is an exceptional phone in the sense that it has a built-in nHD projector that shines with 15 lumen allowing you to project your phone’s screen on a wall. Apart from that, it has all the features you’d want from a smartphone. The Galaxy Beam has a 4 Inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 which is decent but nothing special to talk about.

The Beam has Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread but Samsung has planned a Android 4.1 Jelly Bean upgrade for it soon. It also has a couple of cameras to keep you happy: a 5 MP autofocus Rear Camera with LED flash and a 1.3 MP VGA camera which are good enough, as you’d expect from a company like Samsung.

Powered by a 1 GHz Cortex-A9 Dual Core Processor and 786 MB of RAM, handling the Android OS isn’t a problem for the Galaxy Beam. It has beefy 2000 mAh to give you a standby time of upto 760 hours and a talk time of 20 hours on 2G/9 hours 40 min on 3G.

The connectivity features include EDGE, Bluetooth 3.0, GPRS and Wi-Fi but the real feature of this phone remains the ability to project it’s screen on an outer surface on a much bigger scale for you to easily show off the content on your phone’s screen.
