They provide in-depth guidance about products and orders. I found their WhatsApp customer support very helpful. They send me a product packaging video and after my approval, they process my order further to ship.
There was an issue with my GIFT(Buds), I contact them, and they send me another pair of Buds and they were willing to let me keep both.
