How does it look like?

The Xiaomi Black Shark has a bold design with a combination of black and green metal accents. At the back, there is a dual-camera setup, LED flashlight, and a logo. Whereas the front of the device has a notification light, front camera, and a fingerprint scanner. The body is made with glass and plastic that makes it easy. The solid-body gives a strong grip making it comfortable to hold and enjoy games.

In addition to that, Black Shark also comes with a gamepad that has a joystick and can be attached to the smartphone. This gamepad gives flexibility to the users in some games.

Display Design

The Xiaomi Black Shark comes with a 5.99-inch capacitive touchscreen that is known to have great color blending and saturated display. The images appear to be good with exaggerated colors. This makes the games and videos look more lively as well as appealing to the user. So with Black Shark, your gaming experience gets a little extra making you get immersed in the game.

Black Shark In Terms Of Performance

Since Black Shark is categorized as a gaming phone, we assume it to be extra efficient when it comes to performance and up till now, it has certainly not disappointed its users. It is fast and smooth device that does get hangs in between but on a very rare basis. It has an 8/6 GB RAM paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor powered by Android 8.1 version, which is sufficient to support your heavy games and other applications also without taking long to launch and let you have uninterrupted usage.

Moreover, you can clean the RAM to free up the memory. This shortens the loading time and makes the device work smoother. Besides that, Black Shark has a liquid cooling system that is said to cool down the system when it gets hotter due to gaming. But this liquid cooling system did not really work out. Initially the smartphone did get cooled down but withing a very short span of gaming the device was found getting hot as usual.

Camera Performance

The Xiaomi Black Shark’s camera is not for you if you look for a smartphone with the best picture quality. It takes good photos but not as good as other cameras do. The rear camera is 12 MP and 20 MP. The front camera is 20 MP. The picture quality is good under daylight with reasonable highlighting. On the other hand, under lowlight conditions the images captured are somewhat average with a loss of details. Furthermore, your photos will be left with a watermark for unwanted publicity of the brand.

Battery

As far as the battery is concerned, a massive battery of 4000 mAh is rarely found under this price range. The Black Shark is packed with it. This battery is adequate to take up all the burden that we throw on our smartphones nowadays. Though the fact that it drains quickly while playing video games does not surprise at all.
