Refund Policy
The refund process is initiated once the customer submits the refund form to the team.
The Refund form is shared by our refund team after thoroughly investigating the issue.
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns
Centre. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund.
The refund time varies with the method of Refund.
In case of order cancellation by Customer, Processing fee will not be refunded.
In case of canceling an order made through pre-payment / digital payment, the money will be refunded to a debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment); as per the policy of the merchant. The refund amount takes 15 to 20 working days to reflect in customer accounts.

Where can I find the refund form?
Select "Refund Orders" and click on the "Request Refund" button. This will display a form where you can fill in the required details to initiate the refund process.
