The Z2 Play succeeds its similar predecessor, the Z Play with aplomb. The smartphone sees some fine use of premium build materials while its design is somewhat customary to what we’re used to seeing from the company. Metal and glass take most of its construction on their shoulders while its supreme dimension at 6mm width and 145g weight are some of the best Motorola has cooked to date.

Its display is a 5.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 401ppi pixel density. Equating to a 1080p HD display, it’ll simply not disappoint you.

Featuring a 12 megapixel primary sensor with phase-detection laser autofocus and a dual-LED flash plus a 5 megapixel selfie sensor, the cameras department seems all good.

If you were looking for lag, you’ll be disappointed as you won’t find it on the Moto Z2 Play’s built-in Android Nougat.
