Lenovo is slowly and steadily coming of age to make a name for itself in the world of smartphones. The Chinese manufacturing company slowly moved into this new dimension through the releases of some lower-end smartphones but we finally are able to see Lenovo’s real deal. Manufactured in collaboration with another unknown quantity ZUK (also a Chinese manufacturer), we’re pleased to announce a power plant of features in the most un-realistic of prices. Ladies and gentlemen, here’s the Lenovo ZUK Z1.

Body and Display

The ZUK Z1 is a masterclass of specifications and performance all put together in an unbelievable price bracket. We find its specifications top drawer and its design gives a sturdy feel to it which comprises of smooth glass panels at the front and back separated by a metallic frame.

The display has made a name for itself because of the presence of a large touchscreen capped off by a great amount of pixel density. In numbers, the ZUK Z1 features a 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a 401ppi pixel density. The numbers speak for themselves and talking about them would be like stating the obvious. Hence we’ll put a full stop to it by mentioning that the display also offers 1080p HD resolution. Cheers!

Camera

In a world where large camera pixels are doing all the talking, Lenovo has opted to keep up the pace by going for two large camera sensors as well. The primary camera features a 13 megapixel, f/2.2 aperture sized lens with the expertise of optical image stabilization. The secondary camera isn’t far back either with an 8 megapixel and f/2.2 aperture sized lens.

Both the cameras are finely poised to produce excellent photography plus video recording so we’ll tell you to chill! They’ve got this.

Hardware and Software

As amazing as it gets, the Lenovo ZUK Z1 looks powerful enough to light up a house. This is because of the presence of a Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait processor with 3GB of RAM. You simply need not to worry about any lag on its built-in Android v5.1.1 Lollipop. An internal memory of 64GB is also stunning news capping off a wonderful smartphone by Lenovo.
