The QMobile Noir E8 is one of QMobile’s flagship phones and one of their more expensive offerings, being priced at Rs. 27,500. It checks all the boxes for a competitive flagship, so let’s see what the E8 is made of.
Design and display
The QMobile Noir E8 resembles the older Nokia Lumia 920, with its rectangular front and slightly curved back. However, unlike the Nokia, the Qmobile E8 sports massive 6-inch display with a beautiful 2k resolution. The pixel density on this AMOLED screen is a wonderful 490ppi. The top of the phone has a selfie camera and usual sensors whereas the back of the E8 is where the main camera and fingerprint sensor are found. The phone has an all metal unibody design.
Camera
The main camera of the E8 packs a punch with a massive 24MP sensor with OIS, phase detection auto-focus and dual LED flash. It can also record in 4k resolution. The front camera is a standard 8MP one which has auto focus too.
Hardware
The Qmobile Noir E8 comes with a Helio X10 processor and 3GB of RAM. Internal storage is 64GB with the option to expand it to 128GB via a micro SD card. The battery in the Noir E8 is a 3500mAh one, which is quite generous. The QMobile Noir E8 comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and with the aforementioned 3 gigs of RAM available, we pretty much expect smooth sailing atop it.
