Samsung has somewhat fallen in love with curved screens ever since it was first made public with the Galaxy S6 Edge and rightly so. The curvature of the ‘Edge’ particularly adds to the beauty of the smartphone and also adds a little bit more intuitive functionality that makes accessing some of your more regularly used features even more easier. So, it comes with no surprise that Samsung has developed an Edge version for its latest flagship, the Galaxy S7.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM is one of the biggest releases of the year 2016 directly because of its predecessor’s, the Galaxy S6 Edge, tremendous success. Galaxy S6 Edge was the true definition of a smartphone that basks in excellence so it was a huge question mark, filled with anticipation as to how will Samsung upgrade something as perfect as the Galaxy S6. All those questions were finally answered through the release of the Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM.
To be fair, the Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM doesn’t really brings anything new to the table except for improved performance. We’re very pleased that the issue of its bulging primary camera sensor has been resolved but other than that, it is just a slight upgrade to the Galaxy S6. One of its most notable differences with its predecessor comes in with its display. The Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM has a 5.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen which is bigger compared to the Galaxy S6. The other notable difference is its 4GB RAM which is splendid.
The Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM is marketed in 32 and 64GB variants. It also offers a dedicated card slot to further buff up your storage incase you ever run out of it. The primary camera, despite having a smaller sensor size compared to the Galaxy S6, does equally well. The 5 megapixels selfie camera is no slouch either.
To conclude, the Galaxy S7 Edge Dual SIM might not be the blockbuster revolutionary you were hoping for but it nevertheless offers state of the art specifications that are enough to take your breath away. The Edge further adds to its beauty and it’s a companion whom you can blindly trust.
