The availability of Self-Pick Up Service is limited to cities where we have authorized warehouses and Experience Centres. However, we are planning to expand this service to other major cities in the future.
To avail the Self-Pick Up Service, simply select the option when placing an order on our website. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation SMS and a call from Priceoye.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS with the pick up address and the designated pick-up time. If you don't receive any notification within 5 working days, please contact our customer care service for assistance.
To pick up your order, visit the pick up location and present your Order ID, pickup notification received through SMS, and your Original CNIC. Please note that the pick up location will hold your order for 48 hours after confirmation. If you fail to collect it within this timeframe, the order will be canceled and marked as a return. For payment, only cash is accepted when picking up your order from the location. If you prefer to pay online, you must make the payment in advance and then collect your order at a Self-Pickup Location.
Our Experience Centre Locations are open from Monday to Sunday, 11 am to 11 pm, while the Hub Locations operate from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
