Priceoye is a platform designed for personal consumer use. To protect customers, sellers, and the integrity of the platform, the following practices are expected:
- Honest and accurate information during signup and checkout
- Genuine personal use for orders placed
- Responsible use of promotions, discounts, and vouchers
- Respect for platform limitations (order quantity limits, stock availability, etc.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & RESTRICTIONS
If your activity is found to be in violation of our Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service, your account may be:
- Temporarily suspended
- Permanently suspended
- Prevented from placing new orders
- Restricted from accessing certain features or offers
- Blocked from using vouchers or promotions
Priceoye reserves the right to take any necessary steps to protect its users and platform integrity.
UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
Priceoye may amend this Fair Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the latest version.
ACTIVITIES THAT MAY LEAD TO ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
To maintain fair usage, certain patterns of behaviour may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. These include, but are not limited to:
a. Abnormal Purchasing Behaviour
- Placing unusually high-volume or repetitive orders
- Order activity inconsistent with normal consumer use
- Repeated attempts to bypass order quantity limits or stock limitations
b. Multiple Account Creation
- Maintaining multiple Priceoye accounts without authorization
- Using multiple accounts to gain benefits, promotions, or unfair advantages
- Using false names, numbers, or identity information
c. Misuse of Promotions or Discounts
- Attempts to exploit system loopholes
- Using multiple accounts to redeem the same offer repeatedly
- Abusing vouchers, coupons, or cashback mechanisms
d. Suspicious Login or Device Behaviour
- Accessing accounts through unusual patterns, devices, or automated tools
- Use of VPNs, bots, scripts, or tampering tools to manipulate activity
e. Abnormal Return or Cancellation Patterns
- Repeated order cancellations
- Excessive return requests inconsistent with normal usage
- Returning items in a manner that indicates misuse
f. Conduct That Compromises Platform Integrity
- Any action that may harm Priceoye’s systems, sellers, logistics, pricing integrity, or service quality
- Attempts to resell products purchased from Priceoye
- Attempts to purchase goods for commercial or trade purposes (direct or indirect)
ONE-TIME REVIEW / REINSTATEMENT REQUEST
- If your account is suspended, you may request a one-time review of your case.

- Only requests sent from your registered email will be considered.
- A response will be provided within 7 working days.
- Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may require further verification.
