Vivo’s wave of excellently assembled and value for money smartphones continues with the V3. The smartphone is nothing short of a splendid addition to Vivo’s glimmering arsenal of budget devices with the device doing a really nice job overall in exchange for 18,000 rupees.
The caption perfectly describes the smartphone’s back panel albeit the fact that the V3 features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner atop its metallic back panel. While we’re not that impressed by its three function keys front panel, we do love its 7.5mm width and 135g weight. The aesthetics are finely taken care of, if not in the best possible manner.
Display wise, Vivo sticks to a 720p resolution here as the smartphone features a 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 294ppi pixel density. The display won’t let beautiful graphics slip away from your grasp.
The cameras department succeeds in gaining our applause
That’s primarily down to the fact that the device features an adequate 8 megapixel selfie sensor. While a 13 MP primary sensor with phase detection autofocus seems like something customary, the aforementioned adequately powered selfie sensor gives the cameras department some edge.
Adequate processing power
The caption speaks truthfully because the smartphone’s built-in Android Nougat is powered by an octa-core processor with 3 gigs of RAM. Internal storage is variant dependent with either 16 or 32GB while a 2550 mAh non-removable battery juices the device.
