Whilst Motorola and Lenovo have been involved in a billion dollar merger of sorts, both the companies are still producing smartphones with their own brand names as well. This has allowed Motorola specially to embark on its journey to regain its foothold in the world of cellphones it once used to have and the Motorola Moto Z Force might just be its ticket to fame. It is related to the Moto Z and Moto Z Play.
The smartphone comprises of some of the most premium build materials ever used in a Motorola device. Gone are the days of Motorola banking on the Nexus 5X-ish design for most of its devices and the company is now moving on with a newer design implemented in most of its 2016 devices. Other than premium build materials, the Moto Z Force features a fitness freak-ish 7mm width with 167g weight and to make matters even better, the smartphone also features splash-proofing.
The Moto Z Force features a large 5.5 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 535ppi pixel density. This translates into a 1440p HD resolution which is as good as a display can get; crisp graphics and an overall excellent user experience is guaranteed.
Motorola has been doing a stellar job with its cameras and everything else in general. The Moto Z Force features a gigantic 21 megapixel primary sensor with OIS, phase-detection and laser autofocus with a dual-tone LED flash. Loaded with features that further alleviate a camera’s prowess; the Moto Z Force’s primary camera is a force to be reckoned with.
Its selfie camera features a 5 megapixel sensor which seems a tad underpowered but fingers crossed, we’re impressed by the overall pedigree of the Moto Z Force’s cameras.
The Moto Z Force features a Quad-Core processor with an additional 4GB of RAM. Finely poised to run the built-in Android Marshmallow with a planned upgrade to Android Nougat is on the horizon. The smartphone features two 32 and 64GB internal storage variants with an external memory card slot also in attendance in both of them.
Fingerprint scanner, USB type-C and Fast Charge are also present while a large non-removable 3500 mAh battery rounds-off this stunning Motorola release.
