Another debutant in the power side of things, the Galaxy J7 Pro is definitely one of Samsung’s better smartphones. The device is packed with wonderful specifications within a premium-feeling exterior. 41,000 rupees is what you’ll have to shell-out for it and if you’re a Samsung fanboy, you’ll simply love the J7 Pro without a doubt.
The smartphone features a design that we’ve previously witnessed in the A5 and A7 2017 models. The rounded edges topped with polished glass definitely gives the device some much needed premium-ness while the back panel is more about metal than glass. You can spot the antenna bands running atop and at its bottom while a 7.9mm width is very acceptable.
The J7 Pro features a large 5.5 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 401ppi pixel density. Translating into a 1080p HD resolution, the display deserves a pat on its back for the power it possesses to amaze you with its stunning graphics. After all, who wouldn’t want a large 1080p HD display?
The caption says it all; Samsung’s been stuffing bigger and bigger sensors in its devices as of late. Be it the primary or selfie sensor, we’re continuously seeing bigger and bad-der sensors day in day out. The J7 Pro duly features two huge camera sensors of its own.
Its primary camera features a 13 megapixel sensor with an LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, HDR, panorama and face detection while its selfie camera features an equally humongous 13 megapixel sensor with an LED flash of its own. Did someone say twin camera sensors and twin LED flashes? That’s a win-win!
The smartphone is powered by some immaculate hardware that makes it a proper “Pro” device; featuring a 1.6 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 processor with an additive 3GB RAM to keep things ticking smoothly, its built-in Android Nougat will likely suffer no lag at all. So, if you were savvy about its performance, your reservations should be catered-for by now.
Its excellent streak of features continues with its 64 gigs of internal storage which even caught us by surprise. This is absolutely stunning as you really don’t see Samsung being this generous with its internal storages. With this amount of storage, you’d probably not be requiring an external memory card slot present in the smartphone for dire times.
A front-mounted fingerprint scanner is a customary Samsung feature while a satisfactory 3600 mAh non-removable battery adequately juices the device. Black and gold colour schemes are there for you to choose its glossy exterior from. That brings us to our pit-stop of reviewing this generously designed and powered device from the South Korean giants.
