A. We offer open-parcel service in ISB/RWP/KARACHI/LAHORE through our own riders. For other cities, we use 3rd party courier services that do not allow parcel opening before payment. For these cities, we share packaging videos with customers before the parcel is dispatched. We do not charge on open parcel delivery. Please note that all our phones come with a One-Year Brand Warranty. You can take your phone to the nearest Service Centre with your warranty card to get the problem fixed.
